Thank you for shopping with Aggressive by Nature. We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships.
During product launches, restocks, holidays, promotions, or periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing may take longer. Please allow 3–7 business days during these periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production or fulfillment delays. We will provide updates whenever possible.
Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Canada: Estimated 3–8 business days
- United States: Estimated 4–8 business days
- International: Estimated 7–20 business days
Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Please note that weekends and statutory holidays may affect delivery times.
Shipping Delays
Aggressive by Nature is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
During major launches and holiday periods, carriers may experience additional delays. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during these periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
Aggressive by Nature is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs. If a package is returned to us because customs fees were not paid or the package was not accepted, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Aggressive by Nature is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may be required to pay the cost of shipping the package again.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipping address.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Aggressive by Nature is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Contact us if you believe there is an issue with the shipment.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. It is normal for tracking to remain unchanged for a short period while the package is moving between carrier facilities.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination, order size, and the shipping method selected.
Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to the terms of the promotion and may exclude certain products or destinations.
