At Aggressive by Nature, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of your order being delivered.
- All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method or direct exchanges.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items discounted by 30% or more
- Limited edition releases
- Bundles
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your request has been approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how to send your package back.
Please use a tracked shipping method when returning your order, as Aggressive by Nature is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your store credit to be issued. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
